It's a perfectly cromulent word. ;D
Does anyone know where I can find the clip that started the bottle rocket myth?

'Fraid not.
But I can tell you that they were securing Simulaide Jane to the 'top' of the rig when they should have been securing her to the 'side'.

Seasickness//Finger in the Gunbarrel
Mythbusters - Getting Sick For Science!
I actually know a way to induce sea/motion-sickness; Grapefruit juice and a spinning office chair. (Years ago, my cousins and I actually would DO this.) I've gotten better with it over the years, though. (Long story...)
I feel sorry for whoever has to clean up the shop if they puke...
Time to see if Grant will ralph...
Please don't show him puking (I can handle blood, piss, crap and all sorts of other things; but I can't handle vomit.)
I say Down will help since it will help airflow. (But what do I know? I drive an Echo.)
So in other words basically the same set-up as "A/C vs. Windows Down"?
If they get anywhere near the MPG of the Echo, that's over 200 miles!
(Commercial)
No, your hand will look like ground chuck.
Poor Grant, being the lowest 'ranking' Mythbuster he gets volunteered for EVERYTHING.
Tory looks like either Abe Lincoln or a member of a Mongel horde.
Grant looks funny!
Did the training involve... Oh, yeah, forgot - Ancient Battery. They did experience electric shocks.
(Commercial)
Cautious? I wouldn't be cautious, I'd be telling someone else to do it!
Preforated that target!
I wouldn't say IDENTICAL. What about breaking? What about curves? Hm?
Wind tunnel?
Party Pooper.
I would not have predicted this one...
BUSTED!
(Commercial)
*Takes cover* WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT SHOWING THE PUKING!?
Wrist straps... *scoffs*
The barrel exploding? I wish, but it's not gonna happen.
Grant's been decapitated!
Bad batch of gel, maybe?
It's like X-Ray vision!
(Commercial)
And Buster got blasted, like I predicted.
Even in Slo-Mo it's near un-seeable!
Real life isn't cartoons.
Ginger?
Have you tried thinking of Brittney Spears? That'd be sickening...
SOME being the key word.
Placebos... That IS an old method...
So Ginger is all that works?
(Commercials)
Fairly accurate when you think that some people use the ground as a brace when loading or cocking a rifle.
BOOM!
Welding it in there...
Time for the RESULTS!
*Shrugs* Unless they didn't know.
HA!
I think it's the LOCATION in the barrel of the plug.
Mythbusters - Blowing things up to prove it can be done!

It was better than some Bugs Bunny cartoons!
Key word: some.

12/20:
Shop till You Drop
Find out where to source an aircraft toilet, a dead pig, four cement trucks or clothing fit for a Ming Dynasty astronaut? Adam and Jamie reveal their favorite secret shopping locations.
Beyond that, I'd guess next month, maybe Feb...

You know, while I agree with the results of the "Cell vs. Booze Driving Test", I'm a little miffed about the actual tests.
They need to revisit this one since the number of people who use an earpiece for their cellphone when driving is growing and all they tested was holding the cellphone in your hand while driving.

It was tested by other, less cool scientists that it it the act of TALKING on the phone that's dangerous, not just holding it. But how can they test that without endangering someone's life? (Didn't see this episode.)

They used a test course at a driving instruction facility (forgot its name.).
And I'm not saying talking on it isn't dangerous, I'm just saying that part of the distraction is trying to hold it.

Missed it the first time, but I'm now getting to see "Paper Crossbow".
Are you kidding? Prison inmates are some of the MOST creative weaponsmiths.
Frag Adam, I'M impressed!
White cotton briefs.
I remember those from High School.
I'm surprised the Mythbusters' shop doesn't have a counter showing "___ Hours Since Adam Hurt Himself."
So exchanging your lungs for your liver...
I used to be pretty good at pinball...
Cool...
And time is something you have a lot of in a cell.
So bees fly up. I'll remember that...
That woman's scaring me...
Drunken bees... Okay...
(as usual) I think Adam's design will win.
So Hung-over hive-dwellers?
Bee-pun alert...
Damn, he ain't Adam Savage, he's Adam MacGuyver!
Jamie... Adam built in a FIRING MECHANISM, you don't get more optimized than that without a scope!
OW! Painful way to get your nose pierced!
I'm with Adam, Jamie's looks like a pinata!
Well, actually, Jamie's skimmed over the top of the target head, at least that I saw.
So basically, we've proven Jamie isn't a good crossbow shot?
"Dreamcatcher"? I preferred "The Red Baron".
Translation: Adam is a dangerous person, even with a paper crossbow.
Paper Crossbow-killer: Plausible.
