Naruto/Female (I'm thinking Ino, but it could be her, or Hinata, Tenten, or even Sakura - YUCK!)
He was the son of the Fourth, the jinchuriki no Kyuubi, a Sannin's apprentice and the self-proclaimed "Future Hokage"...
And standing at the door to his girlfriend's house, preparing to meet her father and officially ask permission to marry her - none of this mattered. Only one thought kept running through his mind, 'No guts, no glory.'

There were no Amazons launching themselves at him, no sleeping or paralyzing powder bombs going off, no screaming Chefs or vengence-seeking Porks, no insane kendoists or blackmailing sisters...
No schemeing fathers...
But most of all, no mallets, no feet-in-mouths, no heated denials, just a normal boy (so to speak) and a normal girl (albeit violent) on a normal date (It was a Tuesday).
