No. It was on ABC (for about a week), then it was on FOX. Comedy Central showed it late nights for a while too.
The main character is voiced by someone relatively famous, and first appeared on "The Simpsons"

I'd tell you the main caracter's profession, but that'd give away the title.
"Celebrity voices are impersonated. No celebrities were harmed in the filming of this episode. "

Oh yeah, I can barely remember that part.
Well here goes:
"Hey Harry?"
"Yeah Rock."
"You know we're sitting on four million pounds of fuel, one nuclear warhead, and a thing that has two hundred seventy thousand moving parts that was built by the lowest bidder. Makes you feel good doesn't it?"

Was that from Dr. Strangelove?
I remember that line quite well, but I can't remember in what movie it was spoken...
EDIT: No, why the hell did I say that? It's from Armageddon.

*shrugs* Well, I didn't read back for it, I just remembered where the quote was from.
Anyway....
"You know, I'd be jealous about you staying with Hennessy, but then again, I've always thought that he's a closet queer."

Okay, a hint, it's a recent movie, should still be in theatres. Came out right after Christmas, I believe... or maybe it was the first weekend of January, I can't recall exactly.

Um... the songs in it were written by David Bowie, and translated into Portugese by one of the actors.

Since Star's killing it, and I don't like Quotes topics to die...
"Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace. "

Here's a hint, it's not from TV, Movies, Music, or a Book, and it was spoken by one of my personal heroes.
