No. It was on ABC (for about a week), then it was on FOX. Comedy Central showed it late nights for a while too.
The main character is voiced by someone relatively famous, and first appeared on "The Simpsons"

Okay, a hint, it's a recent movie, should still be in theatres. Came out right after Christmas, I believe... or maybe it was the first weekend of January, I can't recall exactly.
