I think that was the Borne Identity. I saw an anime that had nearly the same line, but not sure if it went that way.

Harder than I thought. 'Kay, the movie stars three really good actors, one of whom has her first staring role. The director would go on to work with the actor that spoke this line again in a minor sci-fi hit later in the decade.

Yeah, I thought of the answer to this question the other day, just haven't logged on lately to answer it. I think it's from the movie "The Professional". With the one actor that sounds french(Not sure if he is or not). Was the French Soldier guy in the american movie "Godzilla".

Wow, I haven't been on here for a while. Love your avatar Gibb. Sealab Rocks!!! Anyway, here's a line from a slightly funny movie I saw a while back, not sure if you guys'll get this. But here goes.
"No! Wrong! Not Finished! Do you know why?! Because we're not supposed to be here! We goffed! We erred! We miss interpretted the information at hand! There are five of us and approximately five billion of them. They have missle silo's, Nuclear powered submarines, and John Wayne. We have this (Hold up a laser gun)
