(WARNING! I disavow the existance of season five of the A-Team. It is to me what G.I. Jane is to Amanda.)
Version 1; Two teams come back from missions and one goes back out again, ten years later, one team is fugitives and the other team's colonel is assigned to capture them - over over the flip of a coin. After failing again to capture Smith and the A-Team, Decker muses over what things would be like if it was the other way around.
(Note: Might not fit perfectly with Viet Nam-era A-Team continuality, but even the series doesn't have that perfect...)
Version 2; Hannibal is dying. Out of respect for the last wishes of a friend, enemy and fellow soldier, Decker goes AWOL and takes 'command' of the A-Team with Lynch, Briggs and Fulbright trying to capture them.
