Do you guys think it's possible for a fanfic author to turn a canon character into a Mary-Sue (male or female)? We all know Mary-Sues, so I would go listing off the traits, but would you believe that an author could like an existing character so much as to make them one?

Totally. Some canon characters are so close to being Sues to start with, that it's fairly easy. All that has to be done is exagerate all the positive traits and take away all the negative.
Goku's really easy to Sue-ize.

Yeah, Gibb, but that one's the actual writer for the official stuff, not a fan doing it. (Though I will admit that "Me, Grimlock BADASS!" tops out as one of the best TF lines I know of.)
