So last month, 2K released 2K8 All-Pro Football which is basically all the past greats playing in a pseudo-league (what with EA having sewn up the NFL for the foreseeable future). One of those luminaries of the gridiron is O.J., and a judge has ruled any royalties he may have received will go to the Goldman family, the news story of which attracted my attention in the first place. Digging deeper, I found one of the teams you can manage is called the Assassins, the mascot for which is a knife wielding figure.
Weird coincidence, or deliberate stab (if you'll forgive the pun) at O.J.? You make the call!
