Very little, actually.
...You're going to express disbelief now, aren't you...? Loudly?

If by "very little" you mean "only the last four seasons", no. That's how much I've seen.
If you mean "not much at all"...
You've been listening to Dan when he goes on, haven't you?

Listening to Daniel and reading the occasional fanfic, yes.
Does this make me a bad person?

No. Just Ignorant of the glory that is Doctor Who.
Speaking of, when will we get a story about the Time War?

The BBC. It's a DW thing.
Which old obscure cartoon do you wish would return?

How obscure do you want?

As obscure as you can get?

Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers...
Bastard!!, despite being an anime and not a cartoon...
Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future, despite being live-action and not a cartoon...
That obscure?

Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, not so much. The others will do.
Does anyone remember "Project G.eeK.eR."?

Mm, that would be because of all the listed shows, Spider-Friends was the only one to last more than one season (Seasons one and three were the actual series, season two was little more than the four 'origin' episodes for Spidey, Firestar, Iceman, and then how they came together) - Captain Power and Galaxy Rangers both went off after one season, Bastard!! the anime lasted only six episodes. (Which is sad, because Dark Schnieder had some GREAT lines! "You've really managed to make me very angry. First of all; you interrupted me when I was about to slaughter the Great Priest. And even worse; you drew blood, right here on my face... But the biggest mistake you've made today was nearly killing Yoko with your foolhardy entrance, AND FOR THAT YOU DIE!")
...Vaguely. Which is to say I think I remember the name from somewhere...
So, it would be?

Project G.eeK.eR. was a cartoon on CBS that lasted only eight episodes. It was created by the same guy who made Earthworm Jim. In a dystopian future (Is there any other kind?) ruled by corrupt corporations, a bio-mechanical organism called Project GKR is created. It is then stolen by a biker-chick freedom fighter and her dinosaur partner. The organism has the power to change into any shape it wishes, and is nearly indestructible, making it the greatest destructive force on the planet.
Unfortunately, GKR is so stupid it makes Stimpy look like Einstein. Even more unfortunately, every military, commercial and criminal organization is after GeeKeR thinking he can be used to rule the planet.
Is that obscure enough for you?
(And their showing Spider Man and his Amazing Friends on Toon Disney.)

Hm... In other words, "Xyber 9" with less intelligence and a female lead, is that it?

Yeah, pretty much.
Why doesn't CBS play cartoons on Saturdays anymore?

Considering how stupid cartoons have been getting over the years, a more accurate question would be "Is that really a bad thing?"
