Venom, he was one BAD-ASS mother as a villian. He had Green Gobin beat because not ONLY did he know who Spidey really was, but he had all of his powers and abilites, AND didn't trigger Peter's spider-sense.

Gar would kick Hank's blue butt, not only can he shapeshift to animals that can outmatch Beast, but Beast Boy doesn't believe in 'playing nice' during a fight.
