Daleks. I can't take the whole 'round head, big eyes and headphones' look of the old school Cybermen seriously...
And Voyager, along with other things, basically destroyed the Borg as villains thanks to Seven of Nine and the kiddy-Borgs... (Sounds like some kind of techno-metal band...)

Of course, that's like saying crab legs are more dangerous to eat than potatos au grauten... which is probably what either of them would end up as if they tried to take over my Earth.

I think we did this one already; Classic Kirk/Kirk-Prime because while he can be just as impulsive and a cowboy, he's also more accustomed to thinking up plans on the fly.
