Depends on who gets in the first shot (Boot to the head!) and how long the fight lasts (if they can finish before a Sumarian demon or a Zarilleon death ray or something shows up).
Red and Jay both have the same taste in big guns, and while Jay is just normal human strong, he's displayed an uncanny ability to endure injuries. (Plus matching short tempers)
Abe and Kay - don't know. They both take their time to make their move, so it would depend on who cracks first.
Liz and Elle... Sorry, HB, but this one goes to the Woman in Black. Not only is Elle more comfortable with her MiB issued gear than Liz is with her abilities, but she doesn't need to lose control to fire a Series Four De-Atomizer or a Reverberating Carbonizer with Mutate Capacity.

Artoo. He can kick ass by himself... Alpha, according to season two's "The Wanna-Be Ranger", can't even step foot outside the Command Center without screwing up. (Well, there WAS that one Halloween episode, but everyone just thought he was someone in costume...)

Well, the Tenth Doctor is the later regeneration, so he'd have more experience... but the flipside of that is that he's also appearantly screwed up about six times MORE than the Forth Doctor has since he IS the tenth regeneration...

Depends on two factors - G1 or Armada/Energon Unicron? G1 was bigger than a planet, but A/E was the size of a moon.
