... Due to my belief that the 'Busters probably would get absorbed into the BPRD (If they haven't already), I cannot give a good answer to that first one.
As for the second one, Mr. Freeze. No amount of extra arms can save Ock from getting frozen from a good distance and then getting shattered like glass.
