"Emotions leading to the Dark Side? Ignoring them being the Light Side? Nerf-dung. Wilhuff Tarkin was one of the calmest, most emotionless people I've ever encountered - and he was also one of the evilest; he could calmly order the death of an entire planet and not even care. It seems that ignoring his emotions didn't lead him to the Light. And the flip side of that is that during the time of the Old Jedi Order, the greatest of the Jedi Masters and leader of the Jedi Council, Mace Windu, was one of the most emotional and firey personalities in the Order - he never joined the Dark Side because he let his emotions fuel him without letting them rule him." -- Johus Orden on the Jedi Code.

My humorscope for today; "Bide your time, and don't do anything rash or in anger. Remember: Revenge is a dish best served cold, with a light bearnaise sauce."

(Inspired by a comment made by my mother while Jessica and I were watching Operation Overdrive at her house)
The Inverse Law of Ranger Fighting Abilities - The better a Ranger SHOULD be able to fight (Atheletes, military, law enforceent, secret agents, stuntmen, etc....), the less capable they really are of fighting well.
(While a bunch of Scenic City teens who only know what they've taught themselves about fighting are regularly able to kick a lot of ass...)

It was Hannibal who said that on an episode of A-Team.
Hannibal: Now, we can do this the hard way or the easy way. In about a minute, I and my three friends are going to unleash on you your worst nightmare. You're gonna wish the earth opened up underneath your feet and swallowed you whole. Crazy Tommy T: What's the easy way? Hannibal: Oh, that was the easy way.

The 15th Commandment: Thou Shalt Not Irritate The Lunatic With Explosives, For He Has Few Qualms About Using Them.
(Short version; J.T. is a bit sensitive to high-pitch sounds. The neighbors were setting off fireworks with whistlers. Finally, he got some of the firecrackers he had left over from last year, walked out on the front porch and without saying a word, lit them off. It scared the crap out of them. I'm not joking, either,he heard one of the neighbors say so.)

"Morphicon" and "Power Morphicon" are two ENTIRELY seperate conventions, "Morphicon" is an ANTHROmorphic fan convention, "Power Morphicon" is the Power Rangers convention.
It's very important not to get them confused...
(Though, DAMN, have you read the rules for attending Power Morphicon? Damn at the amount of them....)

If all the world's a stage, try to be the leading man - and don't forget to rig the auditions for leading lady!

If all the world's a stage, don't try to write the script. It'll always end badly.
