Booing Halloween
Sunday, October 30, 2005
Halloween is the most significant holiday on the Satanic calendar. Yet we casually allow our children to
participate in it and celebrate it in our schools.
It originated in the Celtic festival of Samhain, in which the underworld is opened for demons and ghosts to escape and visit the earth -- a time when occult powers are at optimum levels, and witches ride their brooms
to assemble with demons, cast spells and assume the form of black cats and bats.
Celts wore costumes of animals skins, bones, heads, or grotesque masks and sacrificed animals in a bonfire to appease the spirits. Druid priests went door to door demanding a penance to satisfy the spirits,
punishing those whose offerings were unacceptable. From this evolved "trick-or-treating."
The Bible says, "A believer cannot mingle a relationship with God and the Devil" (1 Cor. 10:21), but Satanic symbols associated with Halloween plague school papers and art projects for nearly a month. Christian
children are made to feel like freaks for requesting alternate projects in school.
Politically correct "winter parties" replaced the school Christmas parties because Jesus offends unbelievers. We need to request that schools provide a fall party for all children to enjoy and eliminate Halloween and its symbols from all curriculum.

Let's not do anything at all around October 31st! That'll show those pesky satanists!!!
Y'know, I support freedom of religion and all that, and despite being agnostic/atheistic, I'm more than a little disturbed at how some groups freak out at any sign of public displays of Christianity, but sometimes Christians say the stupidest things...
