Sadly, discounting Shawn, Lewis and Nelson's 'alterations', this IS an actual game. I saw it on the shelf at Dicehead Chattanooga yesterday while I was restocking my paints.

You know... when you stop and think about it, "Wizard of Oz" does seem like a bad D&D campaign. You've got a quest, a party (Including a cute little mascot who does nothing until the very end where it saves the day), a villian, a powerful 'magic-user', a fancy city, munchkins are kinda like halflings.... Random Plot Contrivances...
