I just read something that made me stop and think...
Spider-Man (and thus Scarlet Spider {Ben} and Spider-Girl {May in the world where she wasn't killed by Green Goblin causing Mary Jane to miscarry}} shoots his webline from his wrist - shooters or organic, it comes from the wrist, so to grab onto a webline all he has to do is basically close his hand around it, right?
Symbiote-Spidey and Venom, the webbing came from the back of the hand, so how do they grab it before it gets away and they fall on their black-clad arses - spider-reflexes or something?
