1. Safehouse - on the piano.
2. Junkyard - on the school buses outside the chop shop building.
3. Chinatown - on top of the refrigerator in the kitchen.
4. Subway - train car on the opposite side of where the level starts, a bit of a tricky jump to reach.
5. Subway - generator room.
6. Projects - go down the stairs and outside from where you start the mission.
7. Dockyards - move the containers out of the way using the remote crane. After the third container should be a fourth, move it to find the medal.
8. Morgue - way too confusing, this level... just seach all the rooms and don't pick up the 'Stomach Contents' until you've found the medal and Doc's supplies.
9. Meat Factory - in one of the large trash bins while hunting for your gear.
10. Sultan - after the second checkpoint, don't jump straight to the deck, the medal is on a container - tricky jump, you'll probably fail and die several times before getting it.
One thing I don't like about this game is the fact that there's no in-game way to keep track of which medal's you've found... That can be a pain when you're missing one and you don't know which...
