Isengard is the fortress - walls, gardens and trees (before they were destroyed), the Uruk-Hai hatchery, etc... Oranthc is the proper name of the tower in the middle of Isengard...
The tower that we see surmounted by Sauron's Eye, the tall black one, what's its name? I know the land is Mordor, there's Minas Morgul at the Mordor/Gondor border... but what about Sauron's tower?

Like I said over the phone, that's what you've got to love about Tolkien - even the minor characters and the places that never really get visited during the course of the story have names and backstories.
