Now I know what the chours was for: My math book, history book, and laptop alone will kill me. I'm going to have to get a different bag fot the 'top, I think. Well, once I get out of history, I'll give all of you a report on the stupidity I have just commited myself to. ....Wish me luck, and why didn't any of you talk me out of this?!  |

Well, I've just returned from Amer. History from 1877. And now, my report on Day One of College.
It started with Mom dropping me off. Too ill to take my driver's test yesterday. So, for a while, I will again be dropped off. I made my way to my Math class, 0096. Yes, the stupid math. Thankfully, there were a lot of stupid people, so I didn't feel so bad. However, no calculators are allowed, and I have a grand total of three chances to pass two math classes. Yeah, I'm gonna be doing a lot of spells this semester and the next. But, there is a math lab that will quickly come to reconize me on sight.
She let us out early since she really didn't want to start a class and only get through maybe... a half hour or so of material. So, I sat in the student center and caught up on Fandango. When 9:15 rolled around, I headed off for History.
History is gonna be fun. The prof is a lecturer, so that means lots of notetaking. I do not take notes. But, the prof is fun. I laughed often enough and I feel comfortable enough in it. Sadly, there is no Japanese history class here. I would go for it in a second.
So, now I'm in the student center until I call Mom to get me. Yeah, I'll be here a while. ^_^ Waiting for Daniel now. Found three of my friends, so I'm not totally alone. And there's a cookout outside so I can get food easily.
Well, that's my report on Day One. Tomorrow will be Day Two, which will consist of Day Two of Math 0096, English Comp I, Intro to Psych, and First Year Experience Seminar (Required for all incomming freshman who are enrolled full time).

I wish you the best of luck. College with either be the most fun time you'll have in school, or HIGH SCHOOL HELL part II.
