Vincent and Cervantes. Vincent would just transform into Chaos and call all the powers of Hell down on the other team's heads.
Sephiroth or Elmdor? (Weapons only, no magic or Materia.)

Weapons Only? Then Barret's team. His gun-arm would have a faster rate of fire so he could do more damage while Vincent was having to reload.

Who is Elmdor?

Sephiroth look-a-like from FFT, also uses a Masamune. When you fight him the second time he's undead and then he turns into a Zodiac Monster.
But I'm just asking Sephiroth vs. Elmdor, Masamune vs. Masamune, no Meteor, no help from JENOVA, no Zodiac Monster, no Assassins, one on one.
And the verdict would be?

(Oops. Just fixed it.)
MegaMan. He wears clothes.
Was it just me, or was some of the content in the recent Astro Boy VG a little disturbing?

Amanda: Yes. It creeped me out a bit. J.T.: Elmdor. He was a bitch to defeat.

Who vs. Who?

J.T.: Hero of the Metal Gear Solid VGs vs. Hero of the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell VGs.
Alex: Snake. He's too much of a bad-ass.
Heero Yui and Wing Zero vs. Amuro Ray and the RX-78?

Iggy: I believe his name is Solid Snake, not just Snake.
And I don't have an answer on that one.
Gibb: Do you mean the Wing Gundam (The one he comes to Earth in) or the Wing Zero, the one with the Zero System that Quatre built and was piloted by Quatre, Zechs, and then finally by Heero?

I wrote Wing Zero, did I not?

Yeah, I just wanted to confirm that.
Heero and Wing Zero. Amuro may be a Newtype, but the RX-78 is just a basic Gundam, it's not the Nu Gundam or Hi-Nu Gundam he has in the later UC shows, so Wing Zero would be able to respond better to Heero's piloting skills, plus it has the Jet Mode (Bird Mode, whatever...).
The Battle of the Goths: Raven of the Teen Titans (Animated) or Rogue of the X-Men (Evolution version)?

...Raven. Rogue wouldn't be able to get near the half-demon long enough to steal her powers away.
Luffy D. Monkey vs. Mr. Fantastic (choose your continuity)?

Hm...
Stretching powers only or will Richards use the traditional FF Deus Ex Machina of pulling out one of his inventions that is JUST right for the occasion at JUST the right moment to win the battle?

Stretching only, please.

Hm...
As seen by the Rocket, Double-Barrel, Axe, and his other Gum-Gum attacks, Luffy's more capable of using his stretching powers offensively, which would eventually wear Richards down since he's more defensive with his stretching, good when Sue is there with him and Ben and Johnny are on the offense, bad when he's on his own without any of his inventions.
Winner: Luffy.
Bad Luck Battle: Jinx (Teen Titans animated, power: pink waves of bad luck) vs. Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch (X-Men Evolution version, power: changes probabilities using Hexbolts.). Who would win?
