What If? ... Anung un Rama were related to Kurt Wagner?
Based on a picture I saw on deviantArt, HellBoy basically finds Kurt during a mission in Germany and raises Nightcrawler instead of the gypsy witch Margali Szardos. Through a string of missions with Kurt in tow, the BPRD finds that the blue elf is actually a "cousin" of Anung un Rama, and a contingency plan to bring about the end of the world shoul HellBoy fail.
If anyone can add to that, I wouldn't mind making a fic or two out of this.

Hm... You all know my songfic idea for Lance, Kitty and "Show Me", right?
I'm having a vision... Kitty getting picked on, but smiling evilly, then in her mind she's hearing "My Boyfriend's Back", which is highly accurate since Lance is standing behind the one tormenting her with a... an unamused look....

Lance rolls over, wakes up, and Kitty’s laying there next to him. He doesn’t think nothing of it, he’s dreamed of waking up next to her before. Climbing out of better, he looks out the window and whispers…
“Good morning, Kitty.”
He can almost hear her say “Good Morning, Lance.”
Then he sees the clothes laying on the dresser, turns and looks at the bed as Kitty throws off the covers and stretches…
And the Avalanche promptly faints.

Kitty couldn’t sleep, she had been laying awake for hours at the mansion, so she finally gets dressed, slips out of the Institute, slips into the Brotherhood House and lays down in Lance’s bed right next to him, finally able to drift off to sleep. Then the preceeding scene happens, the Brotherhood Boys (minus Lance) are sure this is some X-Geek plot until Tabby makes them think, Cyclops would NEVER knowingly let Kitty spend the night with Lance, even if nothing did happen. Kitty’s actually wearing a pair of her own jeans and one of her own vests, but ‘borrowed’ one of Rogue’s tops (I’m seeing this as one Jean got her as a present or something so it’s light blue, which is not a Rogue color.), so she’s almost dressed like a Brotherhood Babe, then Tabby takes her up to the forbidden zone (otherwise known as Tabby’s Room) and adds the finishing touch: a pair of black Ray-Bans.
Then, except for Quicksilver, who runs, the Brotherhood and Kitty pile into Lance’s jeep - Kitty and Tabby girl-talking - and drive to school. Then I see a scene where Kitty says Lance is missing something, Tabby asks Kitty if she has any, Kitty says ‘no’ and borrows some of Tabby’s lipstick before leaving a nice clear lipstick mark on Lance’s neck and collar just before the X-Men show up.
It gets a little unclear from here, but I definitely see and hear “The Slap Heard Around Bayville” - Scott tries to do the overprotective brother thing and picks a fight with Lance… LANCE doesn’t do anything, but Kitty draws back and slaps Scooter right across the face before walking off with the Brotherhood.
Yes, I know, "Idea? It's half-written already!"

I'm thinking that without Lance and Kitty there, the New Mutants get caught by the military during their Blackbird joyride, resulting in Fury coming to Bayville and recruiting Kitty and the Brotherhood for a rescue mission to get them out of the hands of Trask's supporters (something he can't use SHIELD resources for, but the Brotherhood can do it off-the-record)...
Possibly turns out that Todd encountered Fury a couple times in NYC... Probably tried to pick his pocket and Fury let him go.

Ends with a much-earlier formation of Freedom Force with a different line-up.
Might actually do that as a sequel, really... have an idea for the ending of 'Joyride'.
If I do the sequel, I'm thinking of something like 'Sons of Liberty' for the title... no relation to the Metal Gear game. More like from the War of Independence.

A figure knocked on the door of Nick Fury's cabin aboard the U.N.N. Alpha.
"Come in," the Director of SHIELD called out.
Shutting the door behind him, the figure entered and announced in an Irish lilt, "We have a wee bit o' a problem, Nicky-me-boy..."
Fury looked up from the files he was going over, "What moron screwed the pooch this time, Irish?"
"It's the lot in Bayville," the Irishman shrugged, "They've gone and got some o' themselves captured by the regulars and ye know who tha' means."
"Trask," Fury snarled, angrily sweeping his paperwork into the floor, "I was afraid of this... Get Stark on the horn, tell him I want him to meet with you, me and Dum-Dum in his office in one hour... we're going to have to activate the 'Freedom Force' project earlier that we'd planned."

I should note, this was completely and solely inspired by an image (probably from "Walk On The Wild Side" - the Bayville Sirens episode) of Kitty with a serious attitude wearing black ray-bans.

Hm... What If? ...There had been a DIFFERENT original team of X-Men? Felica Hardy, Black Cat (Jean) (Does anyone know where her comic-verse ability to cause others bad luck came from?) Peter Parker, Spider-Man (Hank) Johnny Storm, Torch (Warren) Bobby Drake, Iceman (What can I say? I like the Spidey/Torch/Iceman combo.) ...Only problem is that I can't think of someone to replace Scott... Okay, I THINK I've thought of some to be the team leader... Leonardo. (TMNT) So it's Leonardo, Peter Parker, Felicia Hardy, Johnny Storm and Bobby Drake... What do you guys think? |

 I'm not sure, the hair looks a little different... could be. It's the first Kitty image there. **== Inu-Yasha/Ranma crossover idea: We never really find out about Nodoka's family, right? And a year is never given for Ranma 1/2... Nodoka's parents come to Nerima for a visit. What no one expected was that Nodoka's parents were a half-dog-demon and a reincarnated human. That's right, Nodoka's parents, Ranma's grandparents, and Inu and Kagome! Which makes Ranma 1/16? 1/8? demon. (Which would explain why he's the first to master energy attacks...) Even better, Koga's done like Yoko Kurama and is in a human body... He's Ryoga. Oh, and did I mention that Inu is NOT happy with Genma over the fact that his grandson is afraid of cats and at times thinks he IS a cat (despite the fact that he is part dog-demon)? |

I've always assumed that Nadoka is an illegitimate child of Yosho from Tenchi Muyo!, and Genma was a decendant of Inu Yasha (for all Genma's shortcomings, he's still a pretty strong guy. He has to be to survive Ranma's attacks!). Ryoga sounds about right, though.

The picture had a Yoko Kurama and a Shuichi Kurama entwined in each other's Rose Whips standing back to back.
Yoko and Shuichi are forever entwined, and each other's thoughts on the matter.
Good idea?

I don't know if this would be a Cosplay type thing or a crossover, but Final Fantasy VII and Inu-Yasha, but...
Sephiroth as Inu-Yasha and Aeris as Kagome.

Basically, to ensure that the Revolutionary War is won, a modern day soldier is sent back in time, equipped with present day knowledge and a limit supply of modern weapons and ammunition in order to ensure an American victory. To his friends and superiors, he's Major Steve Parker, United States Marine Corps and Continental Army...
To everyone else, he is simply The Patriot.
(Kinda "The Terminator" meets "Captain America" thing...)
