No outline yet even, just a thought... Back to the Future crossed with Doctor Who - The Doctor and Jack meet Doc, Clara, Marty and Jennifer.
I can just see either Jack or Marty looking at Doc and The Doctor and asking if they're related...

Really... REALLY out there (even for me) crossover idea;
Name two people who both seem to have everything in the universe carried around in their pockets and an uncanny knack for being able to pull out just the thing they need, PLUS that have a trademark tool with which they can do ANYTHING...
MacGyver IS The Doctor.
Or is that The Doctor IS MacGyver... (Of course, we all know that MacGyver is also Col. Jack O'Neill...)
Plus, they do share a curious affinity for blondes...

Jack finally gets his dog. Said dog ends up helping the team defeat a Goa'uld. Said Goa'uld curses the team and swears "I'll get you O'Neill! You and your little dog, too!"
I'm thinking Ba'al. He always struck me as having a sense of humor under that Goa'uld 'Worship me or die' attitude, plus he lived on Earth for a time, so he might have seen Wizard of Oz...

A little crossover idea inspired while plotting my response to Writer's latest challenge... and by the fact that the two series take place in the same timeframe...
Batman Beyond (2039 for season one) and Phantom 2040. It would have to involve dimension hopping (nothing new for DC) because of certain incompatibilities that keep them from being in the same universe, but it would be... Interesting...

(NCIS... but a simple one that could be adapted for most fandoms where one has a ship...)
To help divert telemarketers, Ziva starts answering her landline 'DiNozzo residence' to make them think they have the wrong number...
But what happens when her cell phone isn't working, someone who normally calls her cell has to call her landline (I.E. Tony or God forbid, Gibbs), and she answers habitually...
(Could be Power Rangers with Kim using 'Oliver Residence', etc...)
