Another crazy friendship; Druscilla (Buffy and Angel) being friends with Luna Lovegood (HP).
Key to A Future (AU for Buffy season five, Angel season two... technically earlier than that since there'd be NO RILEY... Poncey Git...) Instead of transforming the Key into Buffy's little sister, the monks decide the best protection for the Key would be the combination of a Slayer's power and Mother's love. Drawing on Buffy's relationship with Angel, the monks transform the Key into their daughter.

This 'Raised By' idea actually works for both HP and Naruto... and, I'l note, can be blamed on Jessica after she commented that "We could raise him better ourselves" in a conversation about Harry Potter (Personally, I'd rather do it using Naruto.)
Raised By The Literati Club. Scary thought, I know. Whether it's the B-W-L or the Self-Proclaimed Future Hokage, it'd be... interesting.
Or both. Amanda and Daniel could raise Harry and you and I raise Naruto. He's already got your stomach...
Oh, ha-ha.
Such an inventive response, Johnnie.

I'd be killing Harry, not raising him. Well, I'd be killing both, but you get the point.

Hm... "What Kind of Fool Do You Think I Am", Roy Lee Parnell, use it in a songfic/time travel fic...
If HP, then it would be anti-Ginny. If Naruto, anti-Sakura If Power Rangers, Tommy with Anti-Kat
Hm...

Can't we just be anti-Potter or anti-Naruto and be done with it?

While very nice, does not negate my point that the Potter and Naruto series need to be wiped off the face of the earth.
...And Twilight. Need to get rid of Twilight too.

Not the whole series, just books five through seven and everything after the Chunin Exam/Sand-Sound Invasion.

While I can partly agree with HP, I cannot agree with Naruto. Whole series gone now plzkthx.

(Star Wars, pre-epIII, humor/romance)
No details, just a thought - The Council discovers that Anakin and Padme are married, but Yoda, in a move that could be considered genius or insane, decides to save the sanity of the Jedi Temple in the most elegant of moves; by sending Skywalker to live with his wife.

Recess/Fillmore cross-over based on the music video for 'Beer For My Horses'. (Roughly, Fillmore and Ingrid end up calling in high-school-aged T.J. and Spinelli on a case they can't solve alone.)

Sailor Moon/Mummies Alive crossover where it turns out that Rapses and Endymion are cousins. (Eh, I just had this mental image of Presley smacking Mamoru upside the head for being an idiot... I have no idea where it came from...)

Intersections in Time/Space (Or; "The Right Kind of Doctor")
Even with his changes in the movie itself, the Jack O'Neill we meet in "Children of the Gods" is vastly different from how we last saw him...
What if he had done some travelling during the 'year' he was retired?
What if he had gone to Abydos instead of Teal'c in "Forever In A Day"?
What if he knew a Doctor who might be able to help Sha're...?
(SG-1/Doctor Who/Torchwood crossover...
Torchwood mainly just to see the SG-1 reaction to Colonel Jack and Captain Jack in the same room...)

"Oh, don't start!" the Scots-accented man complained. "Sorry, Jack," O'Neill shook his head, "Still don't land on that side of the fence." "Pity," Harkness shrugged, "I was thinking of a game of naked hide and seek." O'Neill stood there for a second, then let himself go, "Talk my second-in-command into joining us and you've got a game." "Now I remember why I was glad when I no longer had to deal with you both at once," The Doctor muttered.
