"Sentient morphological energy conduits capable of reenergizing other beings with previous morphological energy interaction thanks to the interaction of the Power Grid and their own bioelectric/metaphysical fields... I theorized it possible, but to actually SEE it... Most predigious."
"What'd he say?"
"He said we're living Morphers who can re-Power other Rangers' Morphers. He thought it was possible, but that doesn't make actually seeing it any less cool."
The other five Literati Rangers, Jon and Zack all stopped, looked at each other, then turned to stare at Yolanda.
"Now she's really scaring me," Daniel muttered, backing away from his team's Pink Ranger.

Interview with the Writer About the Spiritzords
The first set of Zords created by Zordon were those used by the original team of Power Rangers - they were created in the image of Earthen dinosaurs and powered by the Power Coins the Rangers used to morph.Taking it further, the second set of Zords weren't just created in the image of dinosaurs, but combined dinosaur DNA and Eltarian technology, creating not robotic Zords, but bio-mechanical Zords powered by the DinoGems. Using the ability the original Zords had of combining into either the Megazord or the Dragonzord Battle Mode, and then into the Mega Dragonzord and with Titanus into the Ultrazord, another set of Zords, the second set of Dinozords were made. While capable of combining themselves, their primary function was to combine with the Megazords to boost their power.
With the designs of the Tyrannozord, Tricerazord and Dimetrozord as the basis for the combination systems, a third series of Dinozords was created, part of a plan by Zordon to seperate the Zords from the actual Rangers' power to prevent them from being destroyed if anything happened to the Morphing devices. These three new Dinozords were supposed to draw their power from the elements of the Earth, but the process failed. (A similar process would succeed later on in when Zordon managed to resurrect and re-energize the first set of Zords as Thunderzords after they were destroyed by Lord Zedd.) While the second Dimetrozord (later dubbed Fire Dimetrozord, DimetroFire, Fire-don, etc.) was given the element of fire, the other Dinozords, Carnotaurzord (Carnotaurus) and Chasmozord (Chasmosaur) were powered by ice, rendering the three Dinozord incapable of combining due to elemental incompatability. Carnotaurzord and Chasmozord were driven insane by the elemental binding process and had to be sealed away, and Fire Dimetrozord, while sane, was prevented from being able to bind with the other Dinozords by his elemental energy. Instead, Fire Dimetrozord sealed himself away as a guardian and warden of his corrupted brethern.
Finally Zordon was successful in his quest, by having them draw their main power directly from the Power Grid itself and then be boosted by the power of the Rangers' Spirits the Spiritzords would be capable of surviving the loss of their Rangers' powers. To be eliminated, they would have to be destroyed themselves. Each Spiritzord possesses its own personality, derived from the Spirit it's linked to, the Ranger who pilots it, and its own experiences. Because the Spiritzords are more living beings than their predecessors, they are capable of learning, growing and evolving - adapting to situations - they can create new Megazord formations on the spot to battle monsters, even being able to combine with other non-Spiritzord Zords to do so, they are even capable of powering up into a Battlized mode along with their Literati Rangers. The most adaptable of the Spiritzords are the Dragon and Scorpion - one having dragon, Battle and Striker modes, the other having scorpion, Battle and jet modes, all in addition to their Megazord combinations (as yet unseen for the Scorpion, however.)

TENATIVE (I say again, Tenative! That means it's subject to change) schedule for upcoming PRL episodes;
"Convictions" Zack, J.T. and Amanda try to find a new employee for Highway 2, only it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack - a WET haystack. Meanwhile, Mars is out for blood; Daniel's.
"Day One" Luis's first day at Highway 2.
"Gone Clerkin'" A typical day at the store, filled with Kevin Smith jokes.
"Versus Super Sentai" An attack by Dreamweaver on the Rangers dreams is thwarted by a group of people the Literati Rangers, Zack and Jon have never met before - each of whom imparts some special advice to one of them. (This probably takes place here to explain why Daniel goes off in a couple episodes...)
"The Cold, Dark Night" (that's a tenative title. And there's an "OMG: Continuality!" Warning as the story arc begins to move into full swing...) Planned to be multipart; Jon gets his hands on a weapon known as the Thunder Riser that allows him to resurrect and control two lost Dinozords, the Carnotaurzord and Chasmozord, also known as the Blizzard Force Dinozords! With the Literati Megazord outmatched by the Blizzard Force Megazord and the Scorpion Spiritzord, aid comes to the team in the form of Ethan and the Dino Rangers and the two teams set out to retrieve the third Lost Dinozord - the Fire Dimetrozord. While the combination of the Fire Dimetrozord, Phoenix and Dragon Spiritzords has enough literal fire-power to defrost the Blizzard Force Dinozords, they and Jon manage to escape...
"Adventures in Dinozord-Sitting" In the wake of the Blizzard Force incident, the Dino Rangers are contacted by one of their old high school teachers to come to a paleological dig where archeological artifacts related to the lost continent of Mu. Because of his own interest in Mu, Daniel convinces Ethan and the others to let him tag along in exchange for getting someone to watch over their Dinozords - that someone is Amanda and J.T.
"Legacies of Light and Darkness" (If anyone wants to suggest something better, I'm listening...) (DEFINATE multiparter.) The truth about Jon's attack with the Blizzard Force is revealed to have been intended to weaken the Literati Rangers before the real threat - The effects of the Zordon Wave had broken down, returning (possibly among others) Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd to their previous evil forms and personalities. Allying themselves with Malleus Maleficarum (in a "I won't kill you if you won't kill me - at least until we all kill the Rangers"-type venture), they saw to it Jon would gain the Thunder Riser and use the Blizzard Force Dinozords against the Literati, buying them time to finish their new weapons - dark copies of the original five Dinozords used by the first Power Rangers. The Literati Rangers, with the Spirit and Firestorm Megazords, even with the surprising aid of the Blizzard Force Megazord and Scorpion Battlezord (better than 'Battle Mode' all the time...), along with Jon himself, find themselves outmatched by the Dark Dinozords and their own Megazord mode. Further help comes in an Earth-shattering form as Zack's past is revealed and the original team gather in Scenic City for one last battle, regaining their own Morphing powers through those of the Literati Rangers. With only one chance for victory, the two teams seek to revive the strongest of all Dinozords, the Dragonzord itself, to battle Rita and Zedd's Dark Dinozords...

The first arc of season one ended with episode nine, couple episodes of filler and the second arc went from episodes 12 to 14. Episode fifteen was filler, leading into another mini-arc for 16 - 18 before the final arc of the season hits for nineteen to twenty-two...

I now feel sheepish...
It has been pointed out to me that there is a bit of a continuity error in "Through a Glass, Brightly". To wit, during the fight sequence, Jon draws his Blade Blaster twice...
I'm gonna go out and graze with the rest of the herd now...

It's looking like "Interviews of Insanity" might have to be retitled - the focus seems to have moved from comedy with the interviews being the main focus to something a bit more serious...

It's looking like "Interviews of Insanity" might have to be retitled - the focus seems to have moved from comedy with the interviews being the main focus to something a bit more serious... It's official. "Interviews of Insanity" is now been renamed "Convictions." It fits. There's the group's conviction that it takes a certain kind of person to work at Highway 2, Mars' conviction that Truman's death et al. is Daniel's fault, J. T.'s conviction that he'll go out of his way for his friends... It's a Pretty Box episode...

"Convictions" is finished...
Does anyone want a preview before I post it publicly?
Strike that, I just remembered that there's a part missing. I'm still waiting on a 'Truman's Grave' scene from Daniel before it's completely done.

"...today, representatives from Eltar, Edenoi, Mirinoi, KO-35, Triforia, Aquitar and Inquirius attended the groundbreaking ceremony that officially marks the beginning of construction for New Tech City. Future plans for New Tech City upon its completion involve not only embassies for each of the extra-solar governments, but also for the city to be the site of Earth's Delta Base, a permanent presence on this planet for the galactic law enforcement organization Space Patrol Delta.
Questions have arisen, however, over S.P.D.'s status as a law enforcement agency in New Tech City. Captain Wesley Collins, commander of Silver Hill's privately owned and managed law enforcement agency the Silver Guardians and one of Earth's primary supporters of S.P.D. - who also happens to be the son of Alexander S. Collins, Silver Guardians founder and the CEO of Bio-Lab - has been quoted as saying the following; 'The Space Patrol's primary purpose isn't to replace a planet's own police force, but rather to help it. The police are fine for ordinary crime and the New Tech City Police, when formed, will fill that role. But you can't expect ordinary police training to prepare an officer for what they might encounter now that Earth is part of the galactic community. That's where S.P.D. comes in, to fight crime committed by non-Earthen beings while on Earth.' It should be noted that for the past several years, despite no permanent S.P.D. presence on Earth, Bio-Lab has been involved in numerous S.P.D.-related projects, many of them classified."
J.T. closed out the news feed as the reporter moved on to a new subject, "Bio-Lab and the Silver Guardians both - it's amazing what you can do with just a few million dollars."

Expect "Clerks II" jokes in "Day One"...
---
"Mr. Daniel!"
"Leave Luis alone, Magnus."
---
J.T. walked into the back, laughing, "I got into a debate over Aragorn/Legolas versus Aragorn/Arwen and it made some supergeek puke all over the counter. Where do we keep the mop and bucket so I can make Luis clean it up?"
"In the closet, with the rest of the cleaning products," Daniel groaned.
"We have cleaning products?"

Dan entered the graveyard once again. In his hands he carried a small card and the usual chrysanthemums. He sat at Truman's grave, where his friends spirit awaited him.
"Jeez, Danny-boy, can't you let a guy rest in peace?" Truman quipped. "You can't come to me forever."
"It's good to see you too," Dan replied with a smile. "I brought you a picture of her." He held of the card for Truman to see. On it was a picture of himself and Amanda, holding each other as if for dear life.
"Ooh, she's as cute as when you introduced me to her," Truman replied. "Good thing you got to her. Girls like her are a once-in-a-lifetime catch."
"Now if only she would believe that." They both laughed.
The laughter quickly faded. "You know," Truman began again, "I've seen how Marius is becoming a real pain for you. He isn't gonna stop making you suffer until one of you are dead."
"Yeah," Dan answered.
"I can't help but think that I'm at least partially to blame," the ghost mumbled.
"NO," Dan answered. "This isn't your fault. You didn't know he was that nuts. Don't let that worry you."
"I can't shake that feeling, though," Truman said. "I don't want him hurting you just because I didn't tell him that I didn't like him that much soon enough."
"Tru, those kinds of doubts keep ghosts trapped on Earth forever. You can't cross over and enjoy yourself in the next life if that's anchoring you to this one."
Dan stood up from the grave and looked Truman in his ghastly eye. "I promise I'll take care of Mars. He won't mess up my life or anyone else's. And he won't mess up your afterlife."
"I wish I could believe that, Dan," Truman replied as he faded away. "I really do."
Dan walked out of the burial grounds replying, "Just you watch."

Work has begun on "Day One"... with a preview!
---
"So, when do I watch the training video?"
J.T. put down the invoice he was using to check a new shipment of anime boxed sets that had come in before adding them to inventory and looked up, "Did Zack tell you to watch Clerks and Clerks II over the weekend?"
"Yeah, but-"
"Those are the training videos. Watch 'em, love 'em, memorize 'em," J.T. shook his head, going back to his work, muttering, "Zack, if he doesn't shape up soon, I'm gonna smite you for this..."
Daniel, who had overheard J.T.'s comment, replied, "It's his first day, remember?"
"I DO remember... I just don't care."
