Scenic City Police Officers (specifically Officer Mike Coker) --  SCPD Sergeants and Lieutenants--  SCPD Captains --  SCPD SWAT --  (Note; the different SCPD uniforms were all possibilities and I couldn't decide which one I wanted to use, then it was suggested to use the different uniforms to denote different ranks.) Finally - the Rangers in their Battlized forms; "Dragon Spirit - A Force of Nature!" --  "Phoenix Spirit - the cycle of Life and Death!" --  "Magick Spirit - Power beyond explanation!" --  "Demon Spirit - Hellfire and Holy Judgement!" --  "Warrior Spirit - Unwilling to be defeated!" --  "Siren Spirit - Queen of the Seas!" --  "Dino Spirit - The Force of the Ages!" --  The reason Zack has a Battlized form and not Jon or Avani is that his powers originated from the other Literati Rangers, who have their own Battlized forms and thus he has Spirit Armor because they did when the Sword of Power drew the Power from them to make him the White Ranger. Neither Jon nor Avani have (to my knowledge, but Avani is infamous for being secretive) evolved to the Spirit Armor level yet. |

As a bonus, a few other characters who have appeared (named or unnamed) or are scheduled to appear in PRL... Ethan. former Blue Dino Ranger and student at ASC --  Jason, former Red Power Ranger and martial arts instructor --  (based on his appearance in "Forever Red") Trini, former Yellow Power Ranger --  (If you're wondering about the difference in appearance, go read "For Want of a Sabertooth Tiger".) Billy, former Blue Power Ranger --  Adam, former Black Power Ranger and Green Zeo and Turbo Rangers --  (What can I say, I like Adam more than I did Rocky, Aisha or Tanya...) And of course we've got the two biggest pains in the patoot in fifteen years of Power Rangers... And I'm blaming you for it, Amanda. J.T.'s working on some crazy project involving finding the parallels between PRL and LOTR, and as you're the one who got him involved wth Rings through your Aragorn/Legolas work, I've decided it's your fault.

Actually, there's plenty -
Nine Rangers by the time the final member joins, Nine members of the Fellowship.
Gandalf the Grey died and arose in hs place Gandalf the White - In season two, Zack loses the power of the Mastodon Coin, the Black Power Ranger, and gains that of the Dinosaur ("Dino") Spirit, the White Literati Ranger.
You have an archer and a swordsman that are/can be viewed as a couple, Legolas and Aragorn and Jessica and J.T.
There's a lesser villian that works with yet plots against the main villian - Saruman to Sauron and Mars to Malleus.
There were six Power Coins, but one was lost, just as the One Ring was lost. And as the One Ring was found and made it's way to Frodo and the Fellowship, so the sixth Power Coin, the Dragon Coin made its way to one of the Literati Rangers.
On that same line, the line of Isildur was broken until Aragorn chose to accept his destiny. In PRL, J.T. and Amanda are both decended from Tommy's clone, but it's not revealed until later.
Do I need continue?

And Odin hung upside down from a tree for nine days to learn the secrets of the runes. In a smilar fashion, so will King Aurthur. Touma and Seiji, anyone? (And a happy late birthday to my beloved archer, by the way. ^^) Minion to Floop in Spy Kids One. Hee. Sailor Moon and the Rainbow Crystals. The Silver Imperium Crystal was lost until they brought the Rainbow Crystals together with one of Usagi's many tears. (And god, the fact I remember that is really bad.) Again, King Arthur. Raised as an orphan boy by Merlin, but doesn't take his place as the king until his father Uther Pendragon's death, a fact hidden from Arthur. Wanna try again? |

Scenic City is divided into seven police districts.
Officer Mike Coker's patrol is 6-L-12 regularly, but can also be 6-A-12 when partnered with another officer. (and yes, he's heard all the jokes.)
The Watch Commander is Sgt. Wilson Rhodes, the Division Commander is Lt. Reilly Walters.
