The League of Assassins/League of Shadows/Society of Assassins (Depending on just where you look it's been referred to by all those names) has lasted for thousands of years and will for AT LEAST fifty more years, possibly longer.
The Hand... just doesn't measure up. (The fact that Elektra suffers from Prime Syndrome doesn't help, really...)

Green Arrow. The gimmick arrows are better than plain arrows, plus he's ALWAYS been Green Arrow, he never borrowed another hero's schtick. (Hawkeye used Ant-Man I/Giant-Man I/Henry Pym's size-changing pills to become Goliath at one point.)
