Hm... Zorro. (Note that I'm basing this off the classic Disney series) Not only is he used to being outnumbered (and working alone), but he has fewer qualms about injuring and/or killing.

(Depends. In the comics it was Zorro. In the DCA universe I believe it was the Grey Ghost. In Batman Begins it was some kind of play. and I forget what it was in the other Batman movies.)

Plastic Man. All Richards can do is stretch, Plastic Man can take the form of other objects and use that to take Richards by surprise.
