Other limit breaks may be used.

Ryu would launch several Hokudans, putting Cloud in Limit Break at which point he'd unleash a Finishing Touch and remove the martial artist from the battle.

The Marine, just on principal. (OOH-RAH!)

Is that DCA Batman, Batman Begins Batman, Batman from the other four movies, or Comic Batman? Or Terry McGinnis/Batman (II)?

Well, Nick has two things in his corner, SHIELD's gadgets and the Infinity Formula.
Bruce has his own gadgets, so that balances out, and he's used to fighting the Demon's Head with his Lazarus Pits, so that would negate the Infinity Formula...
But even though Batman as a CHARACTER has been around since the thirties or forties, he's been involved in the Crisis on Infinite Earths and several other of DC's 'resets', so he's started back from scratch a couple times. Nick Fury's been around since he was a Sergeant in WWII and has been the same person, the same character the entire time thanks to the Infinity Formula, so while Batman has more training, Fury has more actual on-the-battlefield experience.
I'm sorry, but I'm gonna have to go with Colonel Nicholas Joseph Fury, Head of the Stratiegic Hazard Intervention and Espionage Logistics Directorate.

Col. Fury. If Batman can beat Ra's, so can S.H.I.E.L.D.
Did we do Logan (Marvel) vs. Ra's (DC)?

We did. You decided Wolverine would win.

Wolverine. He might be missing all but the last fifteen years or so of his memory, but he still has more fighting experience.
Edward Kelly (Marvel's X-Men, 90's animated series.) vs. Amanda Waller (Justice League Unlimited)?

Ok, since no one wants to do that one...
Goblin Melee: Norman Osbourne/Green Goblin (Comic) VS. Norman Osbourne/Green Goblin I (90's Cartoon) VS. Ultimate Norman Osbourne/Ultimate Green Goblin (Ultimate Marvel) VS. Jacen Macendale/Jack O'Lantern/Hobgoblin (Comic) VS. Jacen Macendale/Hobgoblin (90's Cartoon) VS. Harry Osbourne/Green Goblin II (90's Cartoon) VS. Ultimate Harry Osbourne/Ultimate Hobgoblin (Ultimate Marvel)
Who will be win and be known as the One True Goblin?
(And yeah, I know, Spidey has faced more Goblins than this, but these are all I could think of.)

Hm.. Norman Osbourne/Green Goblin (Comic) He knows how to push Spidey's buttons better than any of the other Goblins.
Can't think of anything right now... Too busy writing.

Wilson Fisk. At least Kingpin tried to keep up appearances as a philanthropist.
Who could solve a case faster:
Bruce Wayne/Batman (DC) or...
Sherlock Holmes?
