Not according to here: Fox One (Two, Three, Four) : Radio call to report the launch of a air-to-air missile, from the 'Foxtrot' (F) of the phonetic alphabet. 'Fox One' is a semi-active radar-homing missile, e.g. Sparrow (AIM-7). 'Fox Two' is a heat-seeking missile, e.g. Sidewinder (AIM-9). 'Fox Three' is an active radar-homing missile--either Phoenix (AIM-54) or the AIM-120 AMRAAM missile (the Air Force sometimes uses Fox Three to report firing of guns.) 'Fox Four' is sometimes used derisively to refer to a midair collision.
And since I picked it up from and AF guy, that how I memorized it.

Key words: Air Force and Sometimes. Both of my resources (Marine and Naval based) have Fox Three as Smart Missiles such as the Phoenix, which is what your source lists Fox Three as being ("'Fox Three' is an active radar-homing missile--either Phoenix (AIM-54) or the AIM-120 AMRAAM missile "), and while one doesn't have a listing for guns, the other has, as I said, "Guns, Guns, Guns!" or "Fox Four" for guns and "Fox Five" for a collision. www.angelfire.com/zine2/tina95669/JAG/JAGtalk.htmlwww.midwinter.com/lurk/guide/037.html#NO(Fourth bulletpoint.)

MARS DECEPTICON Name: Interlocker Function: Aerial Defense Alt Mode: Cybertronian Air Guardian jet
Motto: "Walls stop ground forces, I stop air forces."
Bio: Not long after the beginning of the Third Cybertronian War, the 'Great War', Megastorm, one of the field commanders of the Decepticons made his bid for leadership. This bid came in the form of leading his forces in an attack on Darkmount and defeating Straxus in single combat. Many of Straxus' commanders died defending the Decepticon Supreme Commander, one of the last obstacles between the reigning commander and the young gladiator seeking the title was the Decepticon Air Commander, Interlocker. It was to Straxus' dismay that Interlocker had been disgusted by the Supreme Commander's willingness to sacrifice his troops indiscriminately, especially in comparison to the fact that Megastorm was always the first into any battle he was part of, and so the Air Commander stepped aside to allow Megastorm entrance into the throne room of the Decepticon Empire to challenge Straxus. While he knew he would never again rise to command rank - someone who would betray one leader would betray another just as easily - Interlocker was allowed to survive by the newly ascended Megatron in return for his actions. It was for the same reasons that he let Megastorm reach Straxus that, when many of Megatron's own lieutenants began plotting against him, Interlocker sided with them - adding his knowledge of the defenses of Darkmount to their own resources. When the Sundering occurred and those that no longer chose to follow Megatron made their exodus from Cybertron, Interlocker went with them. While he still doesn't hold his former rank of Air Commander, it is now by his choice, preferring to teach the 'younger' flyers and advise the present Air Commander, Athena.

NEUTRAL Name: Shogunate Function: Grandmaster of Cybertronian Martial Arts Alt Mode: Fortress, Sub-Units.
Motto: "?"
Bio: One of the oldest Cybertronians other than those created by Primus himself, Shogunate was the founder of most Cybertronian martial arts, including Crystaloculation, Metallikato and Cyberatsu, called by many of his students the Ultimate Warrior. When the Great War broke out, to protect his arts, Shogunate left Cybertron and eventually reached the planet that would be known as Earth, long before even the crash of the Ark and Nemesis. In a part of the world that would millions of years later be known as Japan, Shogunate made a place for himself, hidden away from the world and the rest of the galaxy. The size of most gestalts, Shogunate's primaray transformation is into a fortress mode that allows him to phase out of synch with the universe, causing it to be known among those fortunate enough to find and be trained by him, both human and Cybertronian, as the Fortress of Illusion. A secondary and less-known transformation is that Shogunate has the ability to break apart into five standard sized robot forms, each carrying a part of his personality and a master of one of his arts.

MARS DECEPTICON Name: Lightbee Function: Scout/Miner Alt Mode: Drill Tank
Motto: "No way in Silicon smeggin' Hell, you git."
Bio: Accessing Mars Decepticon Database... User: Stormmaster Access Code: ****** Processing... Loading personnel file - Lightbee...
"On Earth, in England, Lightbee would be discribed as a 'Smegging smegger of a smeghead;', roughly the same as our own 'Slagging slagger of a Scraplet.' That is a fairly accurate discription, actually. We found Lightbee three million years ago in deep space, the last survivor of a mining colony that had been destroyed due to a leak of Cadium II from it's reactors. Lightbee survived because he was in a nearby asteroid belt scouting for new sites for operations. According to the colony's records, he was a Scout, Second Class, but according to our own experience with him, he's also a Git, First Class. We keep him happy by giving him the jobs that aren't worth the rest of us doing, he's astoundingly zealous about it... And quite possibly mad as well. The possibilities of him being useful for anything other than recon, gathering materials, or sending him to the Ark to annoy Optimus Prime and his bunch are comical."

MARS DECEPTICONS - Detenticons Name: Breakout Function: Thief Alt Mode: Flatbed Truck
Motto: "Oh, molten slag."
Bio: Before the Great War broke out, Breakout was a criminal on Cybertron with no regard for anyone other than himself. Even after joining the Decepticons and being placed in a sub-group, he doesn't care much for anyone.The only ones he doesn't push away are his teammates, the gestalt bond that allows them to combine to form Detainor prevents it. Although a criminal in his actions, Breakout is always honest in his words, chosing never to go easy on the truth simply to protect people's feelings. While this doesn't endear him to many, his teammates understand the reasons behind this and accept it as simply being part of who Breakout is. Forms the torso and head of Detainor.
**==
Name: Clearshot Function: Supply Alt Mode: Sports Car
Motto: "Go to the Pit!"
Bio: Much like Mirage of the Autobots, Clearshot came from a wealthy family and wanted for nothing. A former resident of Crystal City, Clearshot's home was destroyed by the Autobot Omega Supreme as he battled Devastator, Clearshot surviving only because she had been away at the time. Blaming the Autobot Guardian Robot, Clearshot made her way to the Decepticons where she was looked down upon because of her privileged origins while many of her compatriots had fought their ways up from the scrapheaps. Her fellow Detenticons are the only ones so far to see past her upbringing. Forms one of the limbs of Detainor.
**==
Name: Backbreaker Function: Enforcer Alt Mode: Drill Tank
Motto: "You ask me one more question and I'm beating the slag out of you."
Bio: Much like Stormmaster or Megatron, before the war Backbreaker was a gladiator - a gladiator with a knee joint that was slowly becoming his weakest point being damaged bout after bout. When the war broke out and the State Games ended, Backbreaker found himself in the Decepticons, fighting alongside mechs the likes of which he previously would have considered to be less than training drones. As part of the Detenticons, Backbreaker has begun to see others as equals, but he still has a way to go. Forms one of the limbs of Detainor.
**==
Name: Fadeout Function: Recon Alt Mode: Helicoptor
Motto: "..."
Bio: Fadeout is one of those femmes who you see everywhere, a very common sort, so no one pays any attention to her - never thinking that her ability to blend in and attention to detail is slowly forming a new datafile on wherever she is to give to the Decepticons. Second only to Breakout in thieving ability, she also is easy for Autobots to believe when she's feeding them misinformation. After all, how could such an ordinary femme be lying? Forms one of the limbs of Detainor.
**==
Name: Database Function: Intelligence Alt Mode: F-15 Eagle
Motto: "Uh, guys?"
Bio: Database's presence in the Detenticons confuses many since he seems to lack the problems displayed by the rest of his teammates. He does possess his own problems, he just hides them better. Database often feels pushed to be the best to a point where he often is left wondering if there's a point to anything. Among the Detenticons, however, he just feels he has to be himself. Forms one of the limbs of Detainor.
**==
Name: Detainor Function: Gestalt
Motto: "We are everything."
Bio: Detainor is the combined form of the five Detenticons and one of the more able gestalts, his five componants able to work together limited only by the time it takes to process commands through the gestalt link. Although not the strongest multibot, Detainor makes up for it in ability in combat. The greatest problem Detainor's teammates face is the gestalt's supreme dislike for authority.

AUTOBOT Name: Outback Function: Gunner Alt Mode: 'Range Rover' (Cybertron Brawn... er, I mean Cybertron OVERHAUL repaint - I'm actually working on this as a custom...)
Motto: "Rules are detours on the road of life."
Bio: Outback is among the ranks of Ratchet, Sunstreaker and Sideswipe, and even the Dinobots in that he is among the Autobots that are honestly liked and accepted by Stormmaster and his faction of Decepticons. Constantly expecting the next battle to be his last, Outback refuses to waste whatever time he has, even in getting from one place to another. Outback believes war requires total commitment and that his combat skills are the best. Gruff and grouchy, he'll cut across sidewalks, parking lots and backyards to get to wherever he's going so he can cut down Decepticons and anyone who tries to tell him to do otherwise better be ready for an audio-full.

AUTOBOT Name: Shinkan Function: Recon Alt Mode: Stealth Bomber
Motto: "So, I had this idea..."
Bio: It constantly amazes Shinkan's fellow Autobots how someone so quiet in the field can never shut up off of it. Able to sneak up on a Decepticon standing guard at an energy collector in the middle of the desert with no cover in the middle of the day, Shinkan's feats as a recon specialist are legendary, the kind of which stories are told during long nights on guard duty. On the other hand, though, once he's back at the Ark, Shinkan is constantly going on about his latest idea for a new story to write or concept to draw, hobbies he's picked up to help keep his memorization skills and ability to point out defenses, weak points and objectives at target locations strong.

MARS DECEPTICONS Name: Kit-BASH Function: Medic Alt Mode: War-Miner ( www.seibertron.com/forums/files/con09_338.jpg ) Motto: "It's not your arm, but it should work just as well." Bio: Originally created as a 'B.A.S.H.' unit, a Battle Automated Surgical Helper for field surgeons during the Quintesson Occupation, Kit-BASH enjoys his freedom and is all too willing to fight for it. Since he had built for combat situations, KitBASH considers that to override the fact that most medical-trained Cybertronians are considered part of the worker class. When Megatron overthrew Straxus and declared the rise of the Decepticons, KitBASH was one of the many to flock to his banner. Then Megatron began saying the same things that KitBASH had heard from the oppressors during the Occupation and he became part of the underground Decepticon movement planning to overthrow Megatron. When that failed and the Sundering occurred, KitBASH was among those who joined Stormmaster in his part of the exodus from Cybertron. An expert at using whatever materials he has on hand to do almost anything he needs to do, KitBASH can turn defeat into victory with a ton of steel, an arc welder, and a roll of duct tape. (What he needs the duct tape for, no one is really sure.) Almost as important, he can turn a pile of mismatched spare parts into anything the Mars Decepticons need to repair themselves or even use it to create a whole new body frame. On more than one occasion, KitBASH has been heard to comment that the Autobot X project wouldn't have turned out the ugly mess it did if he had been there...

Hmmm, G2 Dreadwind for a kit-bash? Maybe, I hadn't really thought about it... KitBASH, as you can guess, is a tribute to kitbashers, even the design is gonna be a kitbash based on the image, and the personality was borrowed from MacGuyver, so even the character is a kitbash of sorts...

MARS DECEPTICON Name: Soundcaster Function: Battlefield Communications Alt Mode: Cassette Player (Or Boombox, if I have to...)
Motto: "Jamming on the battlefield, Jammin' off duty, it's all the same to me."
Bio: How anyone whose primary function centers around sound can be so completely tone-deaf is a question that Soundcaster leaves many people wondering. It's still unknown whether Soundcaster doesn't even realize how badly he sings or if he does and just doesn't care. The truth is that Soundcaster suffers from acoustikenophobia, fear of no noise, he can't stand silence for any length of time. If there's no Decepticon or even Autobot communications to monitor, he'll often listen in on his fellow Mars Decepticons just to have something to hear, or, failing that, tune into human communications. When nothing else is present to listen to, Soundcaster can be found singing to himself just to keep things from being quiet. While it's tolerable most times, his habit of doing so can become irritating to others in tense situations, an ironic fact considering that he'll sing more in tense situations to help him keep his head. Among those that actually enjoy Soundcaster's music are his cassettes.
Cassettes: Heavy Metal: Tank (Grand-Slam) Requiem: Jet (Combine to form mini-robot Death Metal)(Rain Dance/Slamdance) Waltz: Panther (Ravage) Rhythm: Robot (Rumble/Frenzy) Blues: Robot (Rewind/Eject) Kareoke: Hawk (Laserbeak/Buzzsaw)
(later addition) EVP: Bat (Ratbat)

MARS DECEPTICON Name: Snapshot Function: Espionage Alt Mode: Camera/Cyberhawk (Armada Laserbeak)
Motto: "Smile for the birdie..."
Bio: Snapshot is a nosy snoop by nature, not out of any malicious intent, but rather out of an innate need to know everything that's going on around her. It's not uncommon to find her lurking in strange places, looking for the perfect shot of a Cybertronian, a fact that, during Snapshot's Earth rotations, causes no end to the troubles of Autobot Security Chief Red Alert. The rumors that she has pictures of Optimus Prime without his battlemask, Jazz without his visor and the Decepticon Soundwave without either are unproven, though...
**==
MARS DECEPTICON Name: Rushhour Function: High-Speed Pursuit Alt Mode: (car - Police Type)
Motto: "I'm not IN pursuit, I AM pursuit!"
Bio: To Rushhour, going one hundred-twenty miles an hour down a crowded interstate weaving in and out of traffic is what taking a slow walk in the woods is to most. A flaw in his programming allows Rushhour to think quicker the faster he goes, higher speed activating more processors. Because of this, Rushhour likes to spend his free time doing things that allow him to go fast without getting in trouble, foremost among them is his more than occasion assistance of Earth police forces during high-speed chases.

MARS 'CASSETTICONS' Name: Heavy Metal Function: Armored Assault (Rocker younger brother) Alt Mode: Tank (Grand Slam)
Motto: "Dub me 'Unforgiven'..."
Bio: Heavy Metal is a hard rocking, hard hitting tank-mech. Whether it's Metallica and KISS played at volumes to shatter organic eardrums or the whizzing of artillery shells on the battlefield, Heavy Metal loves it loud. Many of Megatron's minion have underestimated him, thinking that a tank painted like an 80's rock star is no threat - that usually last until he's finished, as Heavy Metal like to put it, 'rocking 'em like Dokken'...
**==
Name: Requiem Function: Aerial Assault (Capable Lady sister) Alt Mode: Jet (Raindance)
Motto: "Slow and Deadly..."
Bio: Requiem is death on fighter wings to Decepticon seekers who make the mistake of ignoring her because she's a cassetticon. She can usually be heard flying into battle playing a funeral dirge for her enemies, a tactic that never fails to psych out many of them. While Requiem merges with Heavy Metal to form Death Metal, she finds his tastes in music appauling to say the least...
**==
Name: Death Metal Function: Warrior Alt Mode: None, combined form of Heavy Metal and Requiem (Slamdance)
Motto: "The next music you hear will be Earthen angels singing..."
Bio: Death Metal hits enemies hard, hits them harder, then hits them again to make sure they don't get back up. The combination of Requiem's precise aiming and Heavy Metal's destructive tendencies makes Death Metal a dangerous opponent, perfectly willing to use a little extra firepower than needed to get the job done.
**==
Name: Waltz Function: Recon (Collected older brother) Alt Mode: Mountain Lion (Ravage)
Motto: "It's all about patterns."
Bio: Waltz is calm, collect, focused and completely in over his mountain lion head around his fellow Recordicons.
**==
Name: Rhythm Function: Warrior (Rivalous middle brother) Alt Mode: Robot (Rumble/Frenzy)
Motto: "Everything has a beat."
Bio:
**==
Name: Blues Function: Tactician (well-behaved middle brother) Alt Mode: Robot (Rewind/Eject)
Motto: "Time to play the enemy like a finely-tuned baby grand..."
Bio:
**==
Name: Kareoke Function: Battlefield Control (Happy little sister) Alt Mode: Hawk (Laserbeak/Buzzsaw)
Motto: "Sing with me!"
Bio: (Provides overviews of battlefields in addition to acting as combination air support/communications relay.)
The day a dimensional rift brought Sir Soundwave and his own Recordicon from their world to Mars and with it Kareoke's first meeting with 'White' Ravage has been considered by many to have been the day when Mars stood up and declared in one voice that 'peace and quiet, as we know it, is over'.
**==
Name: EVP Function: Paranormal Investigator/Espionage Alt Mode: Bat
Motto: "In the immortal words of paranormal investigators everywhere... 'What was that'?" (While frequently said, EVP insists that his motto is not "E-V-P, not E-Veep!")
Bio:
