It'll be the only thing. Character models and toy designs have leaked onto the web, and it's as ugly as I would expect:
Prime looks like he just came off "Pimp My Ride".
Blackout (or Incenerator), whoever HE is, isn't bad, except for his head
Scorponok looks like one of the machines from the Matrix.
Starscream's robot form looks like someone kit-bashed Waspinator's head onto most of a Beast Machine Jetfire toy, then added a Beast War-era Rampage missile launcher in place of each hand.

And all the movie robot-mode models look like one part H.R. Geiger, and three parts crap!
