Now, I wanna be sure on this. Halo movie will attract the Halo fanbase Halo fanbase = money Casting Viggo will attract the Rings fanbase Rings fanbase = more money Casting Viggo will also attract girls with crushes on him Fangirls = even more money So, casting Viggo as Master Chief would be good, right? One problem: Master Chief never removes his helmet. The fangirls would never see his face if the stay remotely true to the games.

VJ: Bad news, all. They've made a Veggie Tales version of LotR called Lord of the Beans.
Mother is offended, I'm offended, they (points to the LotR muses) would be offended if they weren't focusing on Mother right now.
Anyone else?

Let me guess, Legolas is a string bean and the Hobbits really ARE peas in a pod?

Popp'd probably be offended if he weren't laughing his head off.
*Giggling* Elven cucumbers! Pippen is a cherry tomato! *Totally cracks up.*

VJ: It's not the vegetable part, it's the fact that Veggie Tales is a Christain thing. Rings is far from Christain, even if Tolkien was a devot Catholic.
Mutliple deities? Sounds pagan to me.

The Hobbit kinda is. I mean, they made a cartoon of it before. But, yeah. LotR isn't exactly for the kids who watch VT.

(While the muses cower in fear)
Please don't mention that blasphemy around them. It hurts them.
