Well I just checked out a preview of "Doom" on Yahoo Movies and I'm not to sure about this movie being any good. Hopefully The Rock will be able to keep this from sucking hard. But from what I just saw it's not looking good.

More information about the Transformers movie.
John Rogers is writing the script. (He produced the series Global Frequency, which was shot down by the WB, but can be viewed on the Bit Torrent site.)
Rogers has recieved several death threats from fans if he even makes Optimus Prime the wrong type of truck. Steven "Let's Screw Up Raiders of the Lost Ark" Spielberg will be producing.
And, no, there will be no dinobots. Depending on how good the movie is, that may or may not be a good thing.

No live cast yet. They are trying to get the voice actors from the original series to play the characters again, so that's a good sign.
