Hm...
Depends on whether they use Megazord or Mega-Tank formation. (Unlike Zyuranger, Power Rangers never really used the Mega-Tank formation for anything other than an intermediate stage in the Megazord transformation, but that doesn't mean it couldn't have been done.)
In Megazord mode, the Megazord would be pretty evenly matched with Voltron - at close range. The difference comes into play at long range - Voltron has the Lion Head Attack that launches the Green and Red Lions' heads as projectiles, but the Megazord mode has no long range attacks. The flip side is that the Mega-Tank has ONLY long range attacks, so it could pick off Voltron at a distance... but if Voltron closed it'd be toast.
Assuming that the Megazord started the battle in Mega-Tank formation and then transformed to Megazord formation when Voltron reached close combat range....

Hm...
All Godzilla's Atomic Breath is, is radioactive fire, so if anything it would make the Hulk STRONGER, and it took all four of the other Founding Avengers (before Cap was de-iced and given that title) to beat him once, he utterly owned Freedom Force (that is, Mystique, Pyro, Blob, Toad and Avalanche when they were working for the government for a time) even breaking Avalanche's arms simply by PUNCHING one of his scismic waves back at the mutant.
