ERGH!
It's never enough with people, is it?
I don't post a new chapter because I'm writing it and they complain about my 'abandoning' the story...
I finally finish and post the frakkin' chapter... and the... the... the - THEY immediately take that as the queue to start complaining that I need to 'update more often', 'update faster', and the like.
HOW ABOUT I TAKE MY BOOT AND UPDATE YER ARSES WITH IT!

Final Fantasy IX...
The airships (except for Hilda Gardes I, II and III and the Invincible) are powered by Mist. They fly because of the Mist. When the party defeats Soulcage at the Iifa Tree on disc two, the Mist vanishes except for lingering traces in the deepest, darkest places, right?
Assuming that airships NEED Mist to fly, and that there were airships in flight when the party defeats Soulcage...
Then, by extension of causing the Mist to vanish, the party also causes an indeterminate number of potentially airborne airships to crash, with an unknown number of casualties resulting from said crashes, right?
