Hey anything to help out a friend. Plus I could help out with the fighting mechanics. I'm taking karate at a karate school that incorporates a mixture of different martial arts. I've taken some classes at a few different places before and never felt like I could take anyone on, but for the past three years, I've felt like I could hold my own easily against most people. Don't get me wrong, I'm not cocky, I'm still quite humble about my abilities. My classmates tell me that I'm stronger than I give myself credit for. They say I could be really dangerous if I wanted to, problem is I don't like the thought of hurting someone. Think that's why they compare me to Naruto. Hence, my new avatar.

Name: "Shinniju" (Real name unknown) Age: Unknown Ht./Wt.: 5'7"/Unknown Eyes/Hair: Presumably Brown/Black
Shinniju, "The Beast of Death," is a sweeper in the employ of the Tetsushishi-gumi. He is known for wearing a skull mask, black clothes, a bullet-proof vest, and and carrying up to four (presumably stolen) Ningen Kokuho shinken* swords. He acts as a mentor and handler to fellow sweeper "Shinnigami" Vic.
Shinniju disguises himself as a iaido intructor, teaching high school students Muso Jikiden Eishin-ryuu iaijutsu. He then takes the money earned as an instructor and uses it to fund the Tetsushishi-gumi's endevors.
He and Vic both use Muso Jikiden Eishin-ryuu iaijutsu, but Shinniju also created a modified version of it that allows him to use two swords at once. He calls this style Kage-no-Muso Nito-ryuu iaijutsu. It is unknown whether Shinniju is the same instructor from her high school that taught her the way of the sword, as she has never seen his face without his mask on.
Many in the yakuza believe that he is, that that is one of the reasons why she was allowed in the gang...

Interesting...
(Surprised you haven't commented on the "Revolutionary Cap" story idea, the Power Rangers brainstorm or "The Patriot" story idea...)

Wow, that's a pretty deep backstory you have for my character. Your comic should make for a really interesting read. Can't wait to read it.

A cookie to anyone who can guess the inspiration for the Tetsushishi-gumi's names.

In-story Brand:
Brew: A heavily cafinated soft drink, made with "100% Colombian coffee, grown by real para-military coke farmers." The only soft drink to be endorsed by Sanuel L. Jackson (Think the Samuel Jackson's beer commercial from Chapelle's Show). Kirby lives on this stuff.

Well, Aomaru eludes me, but the other one's EASY. Dai-Dai-Romaru Dance Dance Revolution.

Wrong! Find a Japanese dictionary and look up Aoi and daidaiiroi.

I'll see what I can do about that...
But you've got to admit that I do have a point on the DDR thing.

A Note on speech:
Kirby: Speaks in a typical Midwestern accent (Sometimes replaced TH for D in words, slight lisp in SH, CH, DR words); has his own slang terms that few others use.
Tyrone: Speaks very proper English. Regresses to typical Black Midwestern accent when frightened or extremely angered.
Megan: A Slight southern drawl (possibly Texan in origin).
Gary Indiana: Very Proper English at all times.
Eric: A light Midwestern accent.
Vic: English with a slight Japanese accent (difficult for her to pronounce L, R, or V; adds a slight U when S comes before another consonant), speaks Japanese in a Kansai dialect (Think the difference between the way a Midwesterner talks and the way a Brookliner talks) and regresses to this when angry, frightened or secretive.
Brixton: Speaks in a Royal British accent ("I saw a men in a bleck het," instead of "I saw a man in a black hat") at all times.
Shinnijuu: Fluent in Japanese and English, but doen't speak when wearing his mask.
Ratchet: Fluent in English and Spanish.

In-Story Brand:
Belly - a long-lived video game series starring a potbellied pig. (It is never reveiled whether Belly is male or female.) The game series has gone through several changes. The main character wears a scarf and occasionally goggles. In Travelogue, Belly is the mascot character of Rensoft, a Japanese VG production company that was a rival to both Sega and Nintento during the 16-bit era. Belly eats corn-on-the-cob and hamburgers as power-ups. It jumps and runs and belly slams itsway through up to 45 challenging levels in search of it's master, the Princess of Yorkshire.

RANDOM TRAVELOGUE TRIVIA:
Megan's favorite plane is "Puff, The Magic Dragon" (specifically, the AC-130 Spectre used in Vietnam, named PtMD beacuse the plane's gattling guns fire off red tracers that give the appearance of breathing fire.), mainly for the fire power and because she likes the song.

You know, I believe that plane actually appears in the John Wayne movie "The Green Berets"...

RANDOM TRAVELOGUE TRIVIA:
For the most part, whenever Tyrone is around Kirby, his true personality comes through. He acts anti-social around most people, but in reality he's just afraid of their reactions to his wierd ways. He's known for being surprisingly clumsy (Which is why he has Kirby carry all the equipment), and having OCD.
